Any man or woman with a BMI of 18.5 or above [click here to check your BMI] worried about the how much food they eat, who wants to either lose weight, reduce food cravings, or who cares about the long-term health implications of being overweight or obese. What is APPEsat™?

APPEsat™ is a naturally sourced fibre complex that is clinically proven to reduce your appetite, helping you to eat less and lose weight.

APPEsat™ contains Bioginate Complex™, a patented fibre complex extracted from the seaweed Laminaria digitata. This has been carefully harvested from farms on the French Atlantic coast.

What does APPEsat™ do?

Just as when food enters your stomach, APPEsat™ naturally stimulates the hunger sensors in your stomach to send 'stomach full' messages to your brain. The patented design also helps the product to be able to withstand destructive stomach acid and sit on top of gastric juices for hours, helping to increase the number of 'stomach full' messages your brain receives.

Is APPEsat™ safe?

APPEsat™ has an established safety profile, and is approved for sale in the UK when used in accordance with the instructions. APPEsat™ is free from gluten, nuts and shellfish, and has no artificial flavours or preservatives. When taking APPEsat™, make sure you are drinking at least 250ml of cold water before each meal.

When do I take APPEsat™?

Take APPEsat™ at least 30 minutes before meals with a large glass of cold water. For best results follow the recommendations inside the pack. Do not take more than nine capsules of APPEsat™ a day. It is advisable not to take APPEsat™ with a hot drink as it may affect its efficacy.

How many APPEsat™ capsules should I take?

In the beginning the maximum recommended dose for APPEsat™ is three capsules taken three times a day taken with a large glass of water, 30 minutes before each main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Over time you will be able to modify you're appetite and gain a better understanding of when you are full and will be able to reduce the dosage.

It's important to listen to your body and stop eating when you feel full.
