Orders may be cancelled/ returned back within 30 days of delivery. If your goods are eligible for return, you will see a "Return My Goods" button next to your order in your account. Click on the button and complete the form, then print out the returns label. Send the items back to us at the address listed on the returns label.
You must return the product back to us unused and in good condition. If you return your complete order, we will refund your original delivery costs. Delivery costs of returning any product will be payable by you, unless due to an error on our part. We will credit the amount promptly once the product has been received back by us and deemed to be in good condition.
In the event that the order is not received back by us, you must provide us with the proof of postage to enable us to issue a refund/ exchange. We suggest that you send it by some form of insured delivery to cover the cost if it gets lost in transit.
